Timmins Police is taking the bite out of crime once again with a recent arrest.

Police say they got a call regarding a break and enter at the local A&W Restaurant. They say around 4am on June 28th, “an individual entered the restaurant and allegedly took multiple cash boxes.”

After investigation by officers in the Criminal Investigation Section and Forensic Identification unit, they identified and charged the individual.

It was also discovered that the accused was bound by a probation order, with conditions to keep the peace and have good behaviour.

25-year old Joshua Grexton of Timmins faces three charges, including “Break, Enter and Commit Indictable Offence, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime, and Breach of Probation.”

He was held in custody and is to appear in court August 29th.
