Two Timmins residents are facing charges after a six-figure drug bust by the Timmins Police.

They seized “approximately 267 grams of cocaine, and approximately 8700 methamphetamine tablets, as well as $1100 in Canadian currency” in the search warrant.

The street value of the drugs, police say, is estimated at $114,580.

46-year old Dean Leo Dubuc and 48-year old Shannon Nadeau both face charges of Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Methamphetamine, Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Cocaine and Possession of Property obtained by crime under $5000.

Dubuc was also charged with Fail to comply with Recognizance (x5), Possession of a weapon contrary to Prohibition Order and Fail to comply with Probation order (x2).

Dubuc was held for a video remand scheduled for Friday. Nadeau was released on a Recognizance of Bail.
