A public-private partnership has been reached officially to build a medical marijuana production facility in Kapuskasing. The agreement between the Kapuskasing Chamber of Commerce and CannAssist will see a world-class, eco-friendly plant be built on the grounds of the town's airport. What does it mean for Kapuskasing?
