Police investigating suspicious death

The Timmins Police Service is investigating a suspicious death involving an unknown male deceased person whose body was located in the area of Bozzer Park in Timmins early this morning.

The matter is under investigation by the Timmins Police Service – Criminal Investigation Division working in conjunction with the coroner’s office.

The Timmins Police Forensic Identification Unit is also on site to perform investigative tasks linked to this event.

The scene is secured by the Timmins Police Service and as such, public access is denied for the time being.
