It’s not the getting older I find myself struggling with, it’s the aging process. The breaking down of the body that comes with growing old. It’s just an observation, not a complaint.

Is there something you find harder to do or accomplish today than it was 10 or 20 years ago?

Stretching and my range of motion. I’m starting yoga to help with this
Also, getting up in the morning (4:50am) isn’t the issue, it’s the running out of steam in the mid afternoon. If I don’t have a 20 – 30 nap between 9 and 10am before coming to work, I’m pooched! lmao
