**TIMMINS POLICE SERVICE NEWS RELEASE**


The Timmins Police Service has charged a local man stemming from an incident that occurred at a west end residence in Timmins on Wednesday, January 2nd

A local man is alleged to have attended at a local residence and refused to leave upon being told to do so by the resident in contravention of bail restrictions and existing probation orders.

The responding Timmins Police Service officer identified the suspect and confirmed the restrictions outlined in the bail documents and probations orders.

The suspect was arrested at the scene by the Timmins Police Service.

As a result of the incident, Nathan GUILLEMETTE-PREVOST, 22, of Timmins, has been charged with:
– Fail to Comply with Undertaking contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada
– Fail To comply with Probation Order (4 counts) contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada

The accused remains in police custody awaiting a bail hearing slated for this morning at Provincial Court in Timmins.
