According to sources, Brian Johnson will reportedly rejoin AC/DC after being forced to quit the band back in 2016 due to severe hearing loss. The singer was promptly replaced by Guns N’ Roses frontman, Axl Rose to carry out the remainder of the bands Rock Or Bust tour. Rumours have been swirling ever since the singer was spotted with the band last year at Warehouse Studio in Vancouver where AC/DC recorded their previous three albums, Stiff Upper Lip, Black Ice, and Rock Or Bust.

Last year, it was reported that the rock icons were working on a new album that will feature the work of their late rhythm guitarist, Malcolm Young who died in November 2017 after retiring from the band due to early onset dementia.

American grindcore band, Terrorizer confirmed the news this week, after meeting the legendary frontman in an airport.

“We ran into Brian Johnson from AC/DC at the airport today. We asked him about the rumours of him being on the new AC/DC album and he said ‘yes’ and that he is ‘sick of denying it’.”

There’s been no official confirmation from the band as of yet.
