Service Timmins has just launched its new online portal, allowing residents to report concerns quickly and easily online.

The portal, which is easily accessed through the City of Timmins website (www.timmins.ca) also contains a knowledge base, allowing residents to find answers to common questions about their city services. The knowledge base articles cover a range of topics and can be easily searched on the portal. To go directly to the citizen service centre portal, visit service.timmins.ca.

For those not comfortable reporting concerns online, Service Timmins agents are still available through telephone at email at 705-264-1331 or servicetimmins@timmins.ca.

Service Timmins is the new one-stop-shop for anything relating to city-provided services including:

– Roads and sidewalks
– Tax and water bills
– By-law enforcement
– Lottery, business and marriage licensing
– Waste management
– Traffic and parking
– Leisure services
– General inquiries and concerns
