**TIMMINS POLICE SERVICE NEWS RELEASE**


The Timmins Police Service will be hosting its annual Timmins Police Service Auction as an event sanctioned by the Timmins Police Services Board.
Items such as 60 unclaimed bicycles and a host of other miscellaneous articles will be auctioned off at the Timmins Police Community Building located at 185 Spruce Street South on Saturday, June 15th, 2019.
A public viewing of all items will begin at 8:00 a.m.
The actual auction process will commence at 8:30 a.m.
The Timmins Police Service wish to advise those who chose to attend of a few housekeeping and regulatory practices.
Prior to or during the auction, should anyone claim that an item belongs to them, they must provide some form of proof of ownership, prior to that item being returned or released to them.
Cheques for any amount less than $50.00 will not be accepted.
For administrative purposes, please have a valid form of government issued photo id on hand to properly identify yourself
Please understand that HST will be charged on all sales.
Only payments of cash or cheque will be accepted by the Timmins Police Service for the purposes of the auction process.
The Timmins Police Service auctioneer has the final say on all sales managed during the auction.
