**TIMMINS POLICE SERVICE NEWS RELEASE**


The Timmins Police Service has charged a local man with Breaking and Entering related offences stemming from an incident which occurred during the evening hours of Monday, July 29th at a Summers Avenue residence.
Responding Timmins Police Service officers located a suspect within the residence and took note of a suspected point of entry where a window had been damaged.

The suspect was located within the residence and arrested and taken into custody.
As a result of the incident, Kevin NICHOLLS-DOLLIMONT, 26, of Timmins, Ontario, has been charged with:
– Breaking and Entering contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
– Theft Under $5000 contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada
– Possession of Property Obtained by Crime contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
– Possession of Break-In Tools contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada
– Breach of Probation contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada

The accused was held in police custody and had a bail hearing on Tuesday, July 30th at Provincial Court in Timmins where he was released on strict conditions and is required to re-attend court on August 6th to answer to the charges laid against him.
