The Five Ways of Well-Being can help you cope with these challenging times. To stay well and safe, be curious. Notice the beauty of nature, and the little things that surround you. Savour the moment. Be aware of the world around you and what you are feeling. Notice the feeling of the breeze on your skin or the sunshine on your face or the laughter of your child or the playfulness of your pet. Focus on your breath or the sounds around you. By taking notice of these experiences, you will appreciate what matters to you. Follow us on Facebook to learn some activities you can do to stay well and stay safe.

There are COVID-19 Assessment Centres in Smooth Rock Falls, Hearst, Kapuskasing, Timmins, Cochrane, Iroquois Falls and Hornepayne. Please note that you require an appointment.
